Do you take my insurance?
Possibly. I’m in‑network with Aetna, Anthem (BCBS of Indiana), Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna/Evernorth, and Quest Behavioral Health. If your plan isn’t listed or you prefer not to use insurance, many clients use HSA/FSA funds or self‑pay. We can also submit a superbill if you are out of network for reimbursement.
How does telehealth billing work?
You’ll keep a secure card on file. If you’re using insurance, I’ll submit claims on your behalf; you’ll see your copay/coinsurance charged after the insurer processes the claim. For self‑pay, the $135 fee is charged on the day of service. You can use Visa/Mastercard/AmEx/ HSA/FSA.

I’m out‑of‑network. Can I still work with you?
Yes. I can provide a superbill so you can request reimbursement from your insurer. Many clients with PPO plans receive partial reimbursement—check your out‑of‑network mental health benefits.
Do you offer a sliding scale or packages?
Yes—limited sliding‑scale slots are available. Let me know if cost is the main barrier and we’ll look at options. I don’t require long‑term packages; we’ll set a cadence that fits your goals and budget.
