I am currently an out-of-network provider. I can provide a superbill for your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and electronic payments.

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a full session fee.
